"The job at our main office was impressive and went above what I could have expected. Part way into the installation of the fire alarm system for the new addition with part of the system already on line a circuit board went bad late in the afternoon. Your installer found the problem and had a new part on his truck but did not have the proper computer to program it to our system. At 5:30 pm he drove to his office and returned with another computer and stayed on the issue until he had us back on line. His dedication and efforts enabled us to pass a city inspection early the next day that we otherwise would not have passed. This type of service is the reason we have you installing another system in a second building at this time."
